CamRock was founded by Terri Buchanan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C and opened in August 2020. Terri is a Milam County native. Terri began her nursing career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse. She then obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and her National Certification for Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been fortunate to be able to work in this community for the life of her nursing career. She has worked in Rockdale as a Nurse Practitioner since 2018. Terri is passionate about patient centered care and wanted to be able to share that with her community.

CamRock was pleased to have Richard Todd, MPAS, PA-C join the clinic December of 2020. Richard brings many years of experience to the clinic. Richard brings experience from cardiothoracic surgery to pain management. He has worked in many modalities over the years. He lives in Rockdale and is active in his church and the fire department. Richard is equally passionate about patient centered care and being an advocate for his patients.

Kasey Love, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Meet Kasey, a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to serving the community she calls home. A Cameron native, Kasey graduated from C.H. Yoe High before embarking on her nursing journey. She earned her nursing degree from McLennan Community College in 2018 and continued her education at The University of Texas at Arlington, achieving her BSN. In August 2022, Kasey obtained her MSN from the same institution.
Passionate about preventive care throughout all life stages, Kasey is thrilled to contribute to the well-being of her hometown community.
In September 2022, Kasey celebrated her marriage to Walker, and the couple joyfully welcomed their first daughter, Hadley. Beyond her professional dedication, Kasey finds joy in family time, walking her dog Kennedi, and indulging in fishing adventures with her husband. As a committed healthcare professional and Cameron enthusiast, Kasey looks forward to making a positive impact on the health and wellness of her community.

Meet Christy Easley, APRN, CPNP-PC, a dedicated board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatrics since 2007. With over two decades of experience in pediatric nursing, Christy is a native of Milam & Lee County. Passionate about serving rural areas, she caters to the pediatric primary care needs of Milam and surrounding counties.
Christy thrives on the challenges of pediatric medicine and values listening to parents' concerns to address each child's specific needs. Actively participating in insurance and Texas Health Steps programs for children, she offers comprehensive pediatric wellness check-ups from birth to 21 years, including immunizations.
For the past 17 years, Christy has been committed to providing pediatric care in Milam County, and she remains dedicated to serving the community. In her free time, she finds joy in family moments, gardening, and exploring new destinations through travel. Melissa Whitmire, FNP-C, is an Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to treating chronic disease with patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from West Texas A&M University in 1993 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in 2019. With over three decades of experience in healthcare, Melissa is a primary care provider who specializes in hormone optimization including pellet therapy, DOT physicals, wellness, prevention, complex health needs and chronic disease.
Melissa promotes health through lifestyle interventions with focus on ketogenic, low-carb, and carnivore diet. Melissa is passionate about empowering her patients to achieve optimal health and vitality through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. She is a member of the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners (SMHP).
Outside of her professional life, Melissa and her husband, Bill, have a large, blended family that includes eight children, their spouses, and grandchildren who she loves spending time with. She loves teaching children’s church and helping in the nursery at her church. .

Dr. Janelle K. House, D.O.
Dr. Janelle house, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine physician and Advanced Practice Supervisor at CamRock Medical Clinic in Cameron, Texas. With over 24 years of experience, she specializes in comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including geriatrics. Dr. House emphasizes a holistic, patient-centered approach, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and attentive care.
Dr. House earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University. She completed her internship at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas, followed by a residency and geriatric fellowship at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, She is a board=certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. House serves as the Medical Director for the Milam County Health Department and several nursing homes across Bell, Milam and lee Counties. She is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Osteopathic Association, Texas Geriatric Society and the American College of Family Practice Physicians.
Recognized for her dedication to patient care, Dr. House was honored with the “Empowered Women in Medicine” award by Preferred Health Magazine, highlighting her leadership and excellence in the medical field.
Dr. House's diverse interests include traveling, embroidery, quilting, and gardening. With a Master's degree in Music, she also finds joy in playing the piano and organ. Her favorite Bible verse, Isaiah 40:31, reflects her resilient spirit and dedication to hope in the Lord.
